Fashion and magazines

I've always loved fashion! Since i was a toddler in my dungarees and stripy t-shirt with pigtails. It's just something i feel strongly about! I feel like everyone and anyone should be able to wear whatever the hell they want!!! People are gonna judge, but hey ho that's life! It's just something we'll have to deal with eventually.

If i could get into anyyyyy magazine as a type of fashion editor, journalist.... well, anything really! I'd be over the moon with the cat and a spoon (Well, not quite but you get my gist).

But then again acting and singing has always been a dream of mine as well. So as you can tell, if i fit into any creative criteria for a job in the future i will be very very happy. :D

wish me luck

Today i got to use my new Olympus E-500 camera today properly for the first time. I was so excited and it was no disappointment. The camera took some beautiful, clear, and simply amazing shots. Such a lucky girl and couldn't be any happier with it!

So today i decided to get some of my photography done for one of my chosen GCSE subjects; Art. And this is one of the examples. This photo was one of my favorite's because it brings out the simplicity of the piano and at the same time has that lovely vintage/old look to it.

Anyway, i hope you readers like this photo, and get back to me if you think i should put any more up.

My love for this woman.

Two words. Zooey Deschanel. Enough said.
She's inspired me in so many ways. Not only is she beautiful and amazing at acting but amazing at singing too. She's everything i could dream of being!
Have fallen madly in love with her new tv show "New Girl". If you haven't seen it yet! I recommend you watch it like NOWWWW!

500 Days Of Summer has to be the best film she was ever in and it also happens to be my favorite film of all time! The script in that film is to die for as well.

So yeah pretty much love everything about this woman. She's just basically beautiful inside and out.

Happy I Love You Day :)

Today is valentines day. Where the people who are in relationships celebrate there love for each other and exchange gifts. It's also the day that the people that are single, moan on about there lives and hate on the other people that are in relationships, and then feel sorry for themselves. This leads to drinking, hangover next day, and then a normal day of reality again.

However, peoples misconceptions and ideas of "Valentines Day", is that it's all about relationships. Well guess what! IT'S NOT. Valentines Day is about spending time with the people you love and showing how much you care about them. For example, my mum wrote me a card saying "Happy i love you day" and gave me a box of Quality Street Chocolates. Also, my two little sisters attempted to do some creative cards for me as well. So as you can see, it's not all about having a boyfriend/girlfriend/partner. It's about sharing the love!

Regardless, i would like to mention that i do have a lovely boyfriend. In which i have been with him for 2 years now. Still, i am completely in love with him and continue to fall more and more in love with him every day. As lovey dovey as that may sound. It's completely true. He bought me the most beautiful flowers today, and a card filled with words that filled me up with butterfly's. Just wanted him to know that i love him so incredibly much and always will. :)

Anyway, the moral of today's post is to the moaners who moan on valentines day. Stop being so gloomy! Stop feeling sympathetic for yourself and go show how much you love your family and friends etc...... SPREAD THE LOVE!

A rant on heels

Why is it? That at my day of age (fifteen/sixteen) if a girl was to go out wearing heels casually, they would automatically get a name for themselves or be judged? However, a woman can go out wearing heels on a daily basis and it's a completely different story. For woman wearing heels is a beautiful thing. But for teenagers, wearing heels is slutty?

If i could i would go out everyday wearing a new pair of heels. They seem to go with everything, but yet i'm not confident enough to walk out the house wearing a pair. Same goes for most girls my age. You know that annoying feeling where your looking at a pair of heels lingering in your wardrobe, and knowing that the only time you'll be able to wear them will be at either a party, night club, or a posh resturant.

Then it occured on me, people judge all the time. But if we keep living in fear of people's expectations and living up to them. Well... we'd never really get out of the house would we? We'd be alone, locked in the houses, curtains shut, living with 27 cats.

The point is, at the end of the day, we only live once (YOLO). If we never do these things then we could be missing out on a lot of opportunity's. Be yourself and be happy! Do what you want to do with your life! So from now on, get out those heels that have been all lonesome in your wardrobe and wear them till your feet bleed (well not literally).

Life is like a cup of tea, it's all in how you make it
